A Little Bit About Me
Welcome students and parents! If you are new to the school or new to my class, here is a little information about myself.
High School and Family
I grew up in Belfield, ND. I went to Belfield Public School for elementary and high school. I participated in many extra-curricular activities while I was in high school: I played volleyball, basketball, and golf; I played clarinet in band; I was very active in FCCLA and went to Nationals three times; I was also involved in yearbook, Science Club, and other various activities. I graduated in 2008. During the summers while I was in high school and college I worked as a waitress at the Cowboy Cafe in Medora, ND.
My husband and I live in Flasher and have two children.

College
I attended NDSU in Fargo for Mathematics and later decided that teaching was a possibility for my future, so I added another major of Mathematics Education. I spent four years at NDSU and completed my student teaching at Bismarck High school in the fall of 2012 before I graduated that December.
I completed my master's degree in Mathematics Education through Minot State University in 2015.
